Do you have a shop for browsing and try ons?

We currently do not have a retail store for browsing, all purchases are online only at this stage. 

Can I exchange or refund my item?

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy-

You may return your items within 14 days of Purchase for a store credit. Your Garments must be in original condition, unused with tags still attached. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged item we will provide a store credit or refund of the purchase price.

Items with tags removed, make up stains, cigarette and body odour will be returned to sender, with no credit given.

We do not accept returns on sale items and  swimwear unless faulty.


How do I process a return

1. Please email- shop@kittykatklothing.com.au to request a refund and we will assign you a Customer return number

– Items returned with no contact will not be accepted and returned to sender.

2. Mail your store returns to – Address will be forwarded on contact 

3. Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return, a copy of your receipt and your Customer return Number.

Return Exceptions-

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or tags removed will not be accepted for return or exchange. Store credit purchases will still incur normal postage charges.

Note – Purchases made with store credit from previous change of mind returns, can not be returned for an exchange unless faulty.

How long does my return take

Store credit refunds are processed within 2 to 7 business days of your return being received.


How can I pay for my order?

Kittykat Klothing accepts payments via Paypal or After pay (available to Australian residents only)


Can I pick up my item?


If you live in the Mackay QLD region, when you enter your address at check out, you will have a pick up option.

Pick ups will be arranged via Email for a suitable time.

How will I know my item will fit?

Kitty Kat Klothing provide a range of high fashion labels.

All having different size guidelines. All sizes are what is stated on the garment.

When will my order be posted?

Shipping Policy Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders- Australia Post

All orders are shipped with a tracking number attached, this number will be emailed to you on dispatch.
