If your purchase is still not right please read below on how to process a return. You may return your items within 21 days of purchase for a store credit. Your Garments must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with tags still attached. In the event of receiving a faulty or damaged item, please contact us to discuss a refund or store credit. Items with tags removed makeup stains, cigarette, and body odour ( anything not in the original condition) will be returned to the sender, with no credit given. We do not accept returns on sale items unless faulty so please keep this in mind when choosing last-chance items. We ask you to choose swimwear carefully, due to the nature of these garments we can not accept any returns unless faulty. How Do I process a return?1. Please email- Kittykatklothing@outlook.com to request an exchange/ refund and we will assign you a Customer return number – Items returned with no contact will not be accepted and returned to sender. 2. Mail your store returns with the below form to – Address will be forwarded with the return number Returns Form pdf3. Include in your package a copy of the completed Returns Form with your Return number clearly visible. )Or simply write your information on a piece of paper. ) Return Exceptions- Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or tags removed will not be accepted for return or exchange. Store credit purchases will still incur normal postage charges. Store credits have no expiry date. Please check your spam mail for your store credit that is issued in the form of an E- gift card How long will my return take?Store credit refunds are processed within 2 to 7 business days of your return being received. please note –
