Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
You may return your items within 14 days of Purchase for a store credit. Your Garments must be in original condition, unused with tags still attached. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged item, we will provide a store credit or refund of the purchase price.
Items with tags removed make up stains, cigarette and body odour will be returned to sender, with no credit given.
We do not accept returns on sale items unless faulty so please keep this in mind when choosing last chance items.
We ask you to choose swimwear carefully, due to the nature of these garments we can not accept any returns unless faulty.
Note – Purchases made with store credit from a previous change of mind returns, cannot be returned for a second exchange.
How Do I process a return?
1. Please email- Kittykatklothing@outlook.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Customer return number
– Items returned with no contact will not be accepted and returned to sender.
2. Mail your store returns to – Kitty Kat Klothing PO Box 281 Rural view Queensland 4740
3. Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return, a copy of your receipt and your Customer return Number. Please keep your postage tracking details handy.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or tags removed will not be accepted for return or exchange. Note- please choose swimwear carefully, due to the nature of these garments we can not accept any returns unless faulty.
Store credit purchases will still incur normal postage charges.
How long will my return take?
Store credit refunds are processed within 2 to 7 business days of your return being received.
